President & Owner
Levi Duckett is the President and owner of Sunshine Landscape, where he has led the company’s growth into a full-service commercial landscape, maintenance, and snow management firm serving the Treasure Valley. With a strong belief in doing things the right way, Levi has built Sunshine around quality execution, dependable service, and long-term client relationships. His leadership focuses on investing in people, equipment, and processes that allow Sunshine to consistently deliver reliable results on complex commercial properties. Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to accountability, Levi has helped shape Sunshine into a trusted partner for general contractors, property managers, and owners who value professionalism, performance, and integrity.
Jason Radford
Vice President, Business Development
Jason Radford serves as our Vice President of Business Development, bringing more than 15 years of experience driving profitable growth, building customer relationships, and leading sales teams in agriculture and horticulture. His background includes leadership roles with Verdesian Life Science and J.R. Simplot, where he developed new markets, launched products, and built strategies that delivered substantial revenue growth. At Simplot, he led the introduction of 25 products that generated $40 million in incremental sales. Jason combines strategic planning with a practical understanding of customer needs, helping teams identify opportunities and build lasting partnerships. He is committed to developing people, strengthening collaboration, and connecting customers with solutions that support their goals. He holds a bachelor's degree in Spanish with a minor in Business Management from Brigham Young University.

Her expertise spans financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, job costing, payroll, and internal controls. Before joining our team, Amy led accounting operations for a construction company with approximately $100 million in annual revenue and managed accounting services for clients across a range of industries. She combines a hands-on leadership style with a practical approach to improving processes, including implementing technology that reduced invoice entry and approval time by 60%. Amy values open communication, accountability, and collaboration between the office and field. She helps teams understand the financial impact of their decisions and turns complex financial information into clear insights that support sound decisions and responsible growth.

Construction Sales Manager
Greg Radford serves as Construction Sales Manager at Sunshine Landscape, where he partners closely with general contractors to support commercial landscape projects from design handoff through installation. With deep Idaho roots and extensive hands-on industry experience, Greg focuses on delivering accurate, competitive pricing and value-driven proposals that support successful project outcomes. He works across a wide range of developments—including office, retail, multifamily, and large-scale commercial sites—helping position Sunshine as a reliable, long-term construction partner. Known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Greg plays a key role in aligning project expectations, schedules, and execution. Outside of work, he enjoys upland bird hunting, fly fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and children. Greg brings the same dedication, professionalism, and precision to his clients as he does to every part of his life.
Draydon Julian
Pre-Construction Manager
Draydon Julian brings a hands-on background in landscape construction, estimating, and project leadership to our team. His experience spans concrete, paver patios, irrigation, retaining walls, water features, and complete outdoor transformations. As a former landscaping business owner and landscape foreman, he has managed projects from the first customer meeting and estimate through crew coordination, scheduling, installation, and final invoicing. His portfolio includes high-end residential projects featuring boulder retaining walls, sandstone steps, custom patios, and outdoor gathering spaces. Draydon pairs practical field knowledge with careful organization and a strong sense of ownership. He understands how labor, materials, and site conditions affect a project's budget and schedule, and values clear communication with customers and crews. He takes pride in staying involved, solving problems, and seeing each project through to completion.

Project Manager
Ryne Barkley serves as our Project Manager, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience across landscape operations, business ownership, and military service. His background includes managing landscape projects, leading field crews, and coordinating schedules, vendors, subcontractors, and resources from planning through installation and follow-up support. With experience as a landscape business co-owner and operations leader, Ryne understands how clear expectations, efficient processes, and strong client relationships contribute to successful projects. He is committed to developing teams, maintaining safety and quality standards, and resolving challenges with professionalism and accountability. A United States Air Force veteran, Ryne brings discipline, teamwork, and a steady approach to demanding situations. He focuses on keeping teams aligned, customers informed, and projects moving forward with care and consistency.
