Levi Duckett, President
Levi is certified with NLPA as a Certified Landscape Professional as one of only a few in the State of Idaho. He is also Advanced Certified with Baseline two-wire systems. Levi holds a bachelor’s degree from Boise State University in Business Management. He has worked with the Sunshine Landscape since its inception in 2000. He has over eighteen years of hands-on landscape experience including grounds maintenance, new commercial construction, renovation projects, and all aspects of snow & ice management. He has worked in all areas of the company and has had direct responsibility for each element of the its operations, including multiple years of account management. He is well versed in all aspects of office operations as well as field operations. His extensive background in the company enables him to to manage all the company's sales and functions effectively.
Matt Heins, Estimator / PM
Matt has over eight years of landscape experience in grounds maintenance and construction and a bachelor's degree from Utah State University in Horticulture. He has previous experience with large scale residential renovations, residential installations, and commercial work of all types. Matt has extensive experience in estimating projects of all types and is responsible at Sunshine for providing quotes on all construction work and working with our builder clients to achieve their vision for their installation. He also serves as a project manager with work in concert with our construction manager to ensure projects are completed on time and up to standard.
Jared Montana, Shop Manager & Safety Coordinator
Jared is an integral part of Sunshine as he manages our fleet of vehicles and equipment. Jared has completed the extensive OSHA 30 training, as well as OSHA First Aid/CPR certifications. Jared is responsible for the weekly servicing of the maintenance equipment ensuring a consistent quality cut from our mowers. He also works to make ensure equipment and vehicles are efficiently and safely operating as they should be. Jared also serves as our safety coordinator, ensuring the safety compliance of our fleet. He also provides regular safety training to our team and ensures proper safety guidelines are followed on all our job sites. Safety is our top priority on every job site.
Brad Davis, Business Development
Brad comes to Sunshine Landscape with extensive experience and background in the landscape and irrigation supply industry. Brad was previously a territory representative for an irrigation product manufacturer covering several western states. Brad will be focusing on business development for Sunshine working with property managers, developers, HOA’s, General Contractors and government entities to improve our ability to respond to their needs and build long term relationships. Brad will also work with our subcontractors located throughout the state of Idaho on commercial maintenance accounts to ensure levels of standard are met
Elaine Duckett, Bookkeeper
Elaine has worked in bookkeeping for over forty years in several capacities. She manages all aspects of our books daily with employee time records, HR, AP, and AR.
Sergio Perez, Construction Manager
Sergio has worked with Sunshine for over thirteen years in multiple capacities within the company. He has extensive experience with landscape construction & maintenance. Sergio manages the day to day progress of construction projects working with various crews every day. Sergio makes sure tasks are getting done on time, safely, and per specifications and plans.
Paul Marcott, Maintenance Manager
Paul is a licensed chemical applicator that manages our maintenance division at Sunshine Landscape. Paul has extensive experience with all tree, shrub, and lawn applications and is very practical and pragmatic in solving issues and problems. He works with all our maintenance crews to make sure properties are managed correctly and to standards. He also interacts with our customers to ensure needs are being met.
